ABOUT JAMI SIEBER:
Electric cellist, vocalist and composer Jami Sieber is a celebrated pioneer of her instrument with an inspiring and fearless style of performance that has been recognized internationally. Jami creates her own kind of world music. Reaching inside the soul with compositions that are lush and powerfully evocative, her music transforms from the deepest stillness to moving melodies and rhythms that light the heart on fire. Her life-long commitment to the environment, social justice, and the healing arts is at the heart of her music, reflecting a deep dedication to the arts as a medium of exploration and awareness of the interconnectedness of all beings.

Facing the Mirror of Mortality: Compassion and Presence in our Living and Dying

Facing the Mirror of Mortality is a weekend workshop (starting at dinner on Friday May 26 and ending after lunch on Sunday May 28) for anyone who wishes to explore the nature of our impermanent lives, with Redwing Keyssar (RN, author of Last Acts of Kindness), Jami Sieber (electric cello/voice), Danielle Shapona (Reiki master, energy work), & Agu (singing bowls).

We have choices about how we live fully and powerfully throughout our lives, even through the journeys of illness and dying. Throughout the weekend we will offer music, mindfulness, stories, guided imagery, and energy work to facilitate the unfolding of our collective wisdom. As we contemplate our impermanence, we may better serve our friends, our loved ones, and ultimately ourselves when we are faced with dying. Register before March 1, 2017 and receive the Early Bird Discount of $75.

If you are interested contact Jami to register. jami(at)jamisieber(dot)com
