November 2008 – Performance with Sachiyo Ito (choreographer) and Kim Rosen (spoken word artist) in "Poetry in Motion," a collaborative show in NYC at Tenri Cultural Institute.
August 2008 – Unspoken:The Music of Only Breath charts #4 with New Age Reporter, and charts #1 with Echoes Radio for four months.
Summer 2008 – Toured the west and east coasts with various artists: Steve Gorn (bansuri flute), Benjy Wertheimer (esraj, tabla), Shelley Jennings (guitar), Kim Rosen (spoken word artist).
April 2008 – Release of Unspoken:The Music of Only Breath.
Summer 2007 – Release of Only Breath, a collaborative recording featuring Sieber's compositions and the poet, Kim Rosen.
April 2007 – Began collaborative project with painter/writer, Colleen Kelley, focused on the plight of the Asian Elephant. It will involve a touring multi-media performance, as well as a traveling installation of art and written story.
Summer 2006 – Awarded an Artist Trust GAP Grant. Featured performer at the New Directions Cello Festival in Sacramento, CA. Commissioned to compose the musical score for the Equus Dance Project (a dance piece involving horses and humans) at the Bates Dance Festival in Maine.
April 2006 – Featured performance at Buckman Performing and Fine Arts Center in Memphis, TN.
November 2005 – Invited to University of the Americas in Puebla, Mexico to collaborate in the creation of a performance with choreographer, Rip Parker, and the Dance and Music Department at the University.
June 2004 – Release of Hidden Sky, a recording inspired by Sieber's time with elephants in Thailand.
2002-2004 – USA touring as solo artist with the improvisational performance group, Rhiannon and Bowl Full of Sound, and with folk singer/songwriter, Jennifer Berezan.
Winter/Spring 2002 – Spent 2 months studying and working with the elephants, their mahouts (caretakers), and the culture and music of Thailand. Invited to Seoul, Korea to perform in a series of concerts with Jennifer Berezan and Korean author, Huyng Kyung Chung. (Sponsored by Feminist Artist Network of Seoul.)
Summer 2000 – Performed as a guest in a commissioned debut performance in Chatillon sur Loire, France, with French composer Anthony Hequet. Performed a series of improvisational concerts with Rhiannon (jazz vocalist), and Ruth Zapora (movement theatre) in Bosnia, Croatia, and Kosovo.
1994-2002 – Extensive U.S. and Canadian tours with: singer/songwriter Ferron.
1999 – Commissioned to compose score for the documentary entitled, "Jews and Buddhism," a film awarded one of the Best Documentary Awards of 1999 (Academy Awards). Collaborated with choreographer Sue Li-Jue and Facing East Dance and Music (Oakland, CA).
1998 – Release of second independently produced recording, Second Sight. The song, "Tell It by Heart," commissioned and composed for the award winning film, "Climb Against the Odds," was released nationwide on PBS and in film festivals around the country.
1998 – Featured performer at the New Directions Cello Festival (Storrs, Ct.)
1996 – Invited as guest artist by French composer, Anthony Hequet, in a debut performance at The Uffizi Gallery, Florence, Italy.
1994 – Release of debut solo recording, Lush Mechanique from a commissioned piece with choreographer, Llory Wilson, and Tallulah Dance Company. Performed in Seattle, Austin, NYC and Jacobs Pillow, NY.
1994 – Awarded an Artist Trust GAP grant.
1990 & 1994 – Commissioned by Jeff Bickford Dance Company for a performance at Broadway Performance Hall and a second performance piece at Discovery Park (Seattle).
1986-1994 – Co-leader of Northwest popular political/pop/rock band, "Rumors of the Big Wave" (Seattle). Toured in China, Nicaragua, the former Soviet Union and parts of the US. Band performed two songs featured in ABC's primetime special on AIDS awareness, "In a New Light." Awarded Rock Instrumentalist of the Year from NAMA – (Northwest Area Music Association–Seattle).
