BEING WITH DYING: Midwiving Life's Final Journey

Transformations in Care is an organization that provides meaningful information and guidance to enrich the quality of our journey through life. Their programs empower people to make choices about living and dying, and care-giving and care-receiving, that are personal, compassionate and informed. By encouraging us to face our own mortality, we can explore and deepen our relationship to living and dying.
In collaboration with workshop facilitator, J. Redwing Keyssar RN, Jami provides music to enhance the internal journey taken while exploring the topic of Being with Dying. The course is for any individuals, including health care professionals (CEUs available), who wish to assist with spiritual and emotional care of the dying. Being with Dying incorporates experiential and interactive techniques in order to foster self-awareness and understanding around issues of death and dying. By examining our personal views and allowing our collective stories to unfold, participants become better prepared to assist others throughout the dying process.
J.Redwing Keyssar RN, is available as a consultant/midwife to the dying, to be at the bedside of people who are dying, and to assist people and their families/friends through the dying process. For more information, contact:
